Children's Ministry

Tracy Rutledge and Cheryl Woods - Co-Directors

Park Place is a great place for your children (K – 5th grade) to grow in Christ and to make new friends that can last a lifetime!  Your children will experience a loving environment with trained leaders and volunteers who feel called to love, nurture, and train children for the kingdom of God.

Areas of Ministry:

  •   SUNDAY SCHOOLSunday mornings @ 9:15 AM
The greatest need children have is to know and cherish the infinite value of God.  We want to fuel spiritual desires in our children by exalting the greatness and worth of God and His glorious work through Jesus Christ.
  •   WORSHIP KIDSTYLE (Children's Church for K-3rd)
         – Sunday morning @ 10:30 AM
Worship KidStyle is an interactive children's church worship service.  During the Worship KidStyle service, children will sing and move along with the music videos, watch age-appropriate life application videos, pray, give their offerings, learn and apply Bible knowledge, learn key Bible verses, and hear Bible stories.  KidStyle is very hands-on, full of excitement, incorporating experiences geared toward the children's age level and development.

Team KID
got started off with a BIG BANG!  There are 12 Coaches that heard the call to serve in this ministry.  We have thirty-four children who God has brought to us to teach them about Him.  The Lord has blessed us with so many children that we are moving in the sanctuary for our Opening Ceremony.  We are praying for more kids to come.  So, if you have children who are not coming to TeamKID, please let them come and join the fun.
TeamKID Motto:
Learning about God / Using the Bible / Living for Jesus

This year the title is Character Challenge. Boys and girls will be studying about Bible people who showed character and honored God with their behaviors.  Using fun activities and Bible material, children can apply the Bible verses they learn to know how God wants them to live.  A missions feature every week will open their eyes to the need of people around the world to hear Jesus' words.
